Job summary

Genpact is hiring for Specialist - F&A - I2C in Gurgaon. The role focuses on managing ITC portfolios, handling payments, disputes, and collections inquiries, and performing quality checks and internal audits. Strong communication and accounting credentials are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Masters in Finance preferred.
• Relevant professional certifications such as CFA/CPA/CTP are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Should possess excellent communication skills.
• Complete Quality checks as defined and agreed with Client.
• Client Management- Manage the ITC portfolio and maintain strong customer relation.
• Respond to customer emails related to payment / dispute/Collections queries.
• Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention.
• Prepare and complete SOP’s or Process manual as per Client & Process requirements.
• Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities.
• Perform daily internal audit.
