Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master level degrees in Finance/Accounting fields or equivalent.

• Experience in F&A processes and reconciliations is expected.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile the agent account as per remittance provided by the account current agent.
• Post the amount on policy bill lines received from Agent for policy premium.
• Follow up with the agent on delinquent items and for the amount lying in suspense account.
• Ensure that quality of transactions meets SLA metrics and provide timely reports.
• Coach and groom team members to build an efficient group.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
