Job summary

Genpact India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Specialist - F&A - I2C to support billing and accounts receivable–related processes for international IATA/Oil & Gas flows. The role demands strong Excel and Oracle ERP familiarity with focus on accuracy and deadlines.

The position operates in night shift from our Gurgaon (Gurugram) office, requiring excellent communication in English and independent work. This is a regular, office-based opportunity at Genpact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance (or Master’s in Finance)
• Experience with Billing for Oil & Gas / IATA industry preferred
• Experience with AR/AP and end-to-end billing processes in ERP
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and deadline management
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Validate invoice information against documents from suppliers and customers
• Handle customer invoicing and supplier payment preparation
• Process and match billing and invoice transactions (AR and AP) in ERP
• Execute end-to-end billing process
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Oracle ERP

Job Description

• Relevant years’ experience in Billing - Oil and Gas/International Air Transport Association( IATA) Industry preferred
• Validate invoice information to ensure it matches supporting documents received from suppliers and customers.
• Handle both customer invoicing and supplier payment preparation as part of transaction processing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial and document review.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with suppliers, brokers, and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and meet processing deadlines.
• Process and match billing and invoice transactions (AR and AP) accurately in the ERP system.
• Execute end to end billing process
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• ERP Preference - Oracle
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Proficient in English written and spoken
