Genpact India Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Sr. Associate - F&A to manage AR/AP billing, invoicing and dispute resolution in a fast-paced AI-enabled finance setup.

You will handle end-to-end billing, match invoices, and support supplier payments while maintaining accuracy and strong client relationships. Proficiency in English and Power BI are valued, with night shifts in office location.

Formación

• Bachelor-level or higher in accounting/finance-related fields.
• Professional certifications in AML, fraud, or finance analytics are a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with AP/AR processes and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Power BI for analytics.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
• Auditing or controls mindset and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Execute end-to-end AR/AP billing and invoicing processes.
• Resolve disputes, adjust invoices, and process refunds.
• Perform document matching and reconciliation in ERP systems.
• Validate invoices against contracts, PO, and supporting docs.
• Engage with clients to clarify issues and negotiate resolutions.
• Prepare payments to suppliers and ensure accurate accounting records.
• Generate analytics and reports on AR/AP performance.
• Support risk management and compliance controls.

Job Description

• AR Billing /Disputes Resolution
• Invoicing the customer and preparing payment for the supplier
• Accurate handling of complex accounts/invoices/customers
• Execute the end-to-end billing process
• Process billing adjustments, credit notes and refunds
• Document Matching
• Process billing reconciliation, vendor invoicing
• Process and match billing and invoice transactions (AR and AP) accurately in the ERP system.
• Validate invoice information to ensure it matches supporting documents received from suppliers and customers.
• Handle both customer invoicing and supplier payment preparation as part of transaction processing.
• Review supplier payments placed on AP Hold after processing and verify the reasons for the hold.
• Customer disputes related to invoices, payments, and account balances, ensuring timely resolution.
• Investigate discrepancies by reviewing contracts, purchase orders, billing records, and communications
• Engage with clients professionally to clarify issues, negotiate resolutions, and maintain positive relationships
• Good in MS Excel
• Good in communication and analytical skills
• Proficient in English written and spoken
