Job summary

Genpact, a global leader in AI-powered transformation, is seeking a Specialist - F&A - I2C in Gurugram. The role focuses on invoicing customers and processing vendor invoices for international air travel support, with emphasis on accurate accounts handling and end-to-end billing.

Candidates should have accounting/finance education and strong MS Excel and English proficiency, along with experience in AR, collections, and cash application. Oracle ERP familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with billing in Oil & Gas or IATA domain is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and English communication.
• Experience with end-to-end billing processing.
• Vendor invoice review and payment processing.
• ERP familiarity (Oracle) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing the customer and preparing payment for the supplier.
• Review, validate, and process vendor invoices related to international Air trip support services.
• Accurate handling of complex accounts/invoices/customers.
• Execute the end-to-end billing process.
• Process billing adjustments, credit notes and refunds.
• Document Matching.
• Process billing reconciliation, vendor invoicing.
• Monitor and respond to billing-related emails promptly.
• Resolve discrepancies and remove holds to ensure timely supplier payments.
• Perform adjustments requested by brokers, ensuring changes are approved and documented properly.
• Confirm that adjustments reflect correct financial and operational details.
• Monitor incoming emails daily to identify actions related to assigned transactions.
• Respond to requests, resolve issues, and complete tasks based on communications from customers, suppliers, or internal teams.

Relevant years of experience in Billing : Oil and Gas / International Air Transport Association( IATA) preferred
