Job summary

Genpact in India is hiring for Sr. Associate - F&A - I2C to join a fast-paced, finance-focused team. You will handle end-to-end billing, invoicing, disputes, and cash application within the I2C framework, with emphasis on accuracy and MS Excel proficiency.

You will work with global clients, ensure timely settlements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. A background in accounting or commerce, plus strong English communication, is required for this regular full-time role at night shift.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Billing/Disputes and end-to-end billing.
• Proficient in MS Excel and English (written and spoken).
• Experience with Oracle ERP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing the customer and preparing payment for the supplier.
• Handle complex accounts/invoices and customers accurately.
• Execute end-to-end billing process and adjustments.
• Process billing reconciliations, vendor invoicing, and credit notes.
• Investigate discrepancies by reviewing contracts and records.
• Communicate with clients to resolve issues and maintain relationships.

Job Description

Relevant years experience in Billing /Disputes

• Invoicing the customer and preparing payment for the supplier
• Accurate handling of complex accounts/invoices/customers
• Execute the end‑to‑end billing process
• Process billing adjustments, credit notes and refunds
• Document Matching
• Process billing reconciliation, vendor invoicing
• Customer disputes related to invoices, payments, and account balances, ensuring timely resolution
• Investigate discrepancies by reviewing contracts, purchase orders, billing records, and communications
• Engage with clients professionally to clarify issues, negotiate resolutions, and maintain positive relationships
• Good in MS Excel
• Good in communication and analytical skills
• Proficient in English written and spoken
• ERP Preference - Oracle
