Genpact in India is hiring for an Associate - F&A - I2C to join our finance and accounting operations. The role focuses on billing, invoicing, data updates in CRM, and supporting metrics in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.

You will collaborate with field teams, ensure accuracy in transactional processes, and stay compliant with internal controls. English proficiency (Intermediate B1) is required, with a regular day shift and office-based work in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable, billing and revenue processes.
• Experience with CRM and invoicing workflows is a plus.
