Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Specialist - F&A - I2C to support payment, dispute and collections processes, manage ITC portfolios, and respond to client inquiries. The role emphasizes accuracy, client focus, and collaboration across teams in a fast-moving environment.

You will perform quality checks, draft SOPs, ensure compliance, and contribute to daily audits while building strong customer relationships and delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Master's degree in finance is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Should possess excellent communication skills and complete quality checks as defined with the client.
• Client management: manage the ITC portfolio and maintain strong customer relations.
• Respond to customer emails related to payment, dispute, and collections queries.
• Maintain exception logs for process-related issues for knowledge retention.
• Prepare and complete SOPs or process manuals per client requirements.
• Adhere to internal compliance policy and perform daily internal audits.
