Job summary

Genpact in Kolkata is inviting applications for F&A - I2C. The role centers on ensuring accurate financial processes, performing quality checks, managing the ITC portfolio, and addressing payment, dispute, and collections queries with clear communication.

• Complete quality checks as defined and agreed with Client Contracts
• Client Management - Manage the ITC portfolio and maintain strong customer relation

• Maintain exception logs for process related exceptions
• Prepare and complete SOPs or Process manuals as per Client & Process requirements
• Adhere to internal compliance policy and guidelines
• Perform daily internal audits

• Should possess excellent communication skills
