Job summary

Genpact in Gurgaon is seeking a Specialist - F&A - I2C to join a fast-paced, AI-driven finance and accounting team. You will manage ITC portfolios, respond to payment and dispute queries, and ensure accuracy through daily quality checks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degrees in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Relevant professional certifications listed.
• Strong accounting and AR/collections knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage ITC portfolio and maintain strong customer relation.
• Respond to customer emails related to payment / dispute/Collections queries.
• Maintain exception logs for process-related exceptions.
• Prepare and complete SOPs or Process manuals as per Client & Process requirements.
• Adhere to internal compliance policy and guidelines.
• Perform daily internal audit.
