Job summary

Genpact Noida invites a Specialist - F&A - I2C to join our hybrid work model. You will handle AR, collections, client communications, and quality audits, contributing to process efficiency and strong client relations.

A bachelor’s degree in accounting/commerce/economics/finance is expected, with preference for accounting and financial modelling skills. You will also prepare SOPs, ensure policy compliance, and support daily operations with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes and AR collections.
• Experience in financial controls, data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency with Excel and basic financial modelling.
• Prior experience in an Indian shared services or F&A environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to payment, dispute, and collections queries from clients.
• Manage ITC portfolio and maintain strong customer relations.
• Perform quality checks and maintain exception logs for process improvements.
• Prepare SOPs or process manuals as per client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and conduct daily audits.
