Job summary

Cyrix Health Care seeks a field service technician to handle PSA and MGPS maintenance in India. You will respond to service calls within 24 hours, perform troubleshooting on PSA and MGPS systems, and coordinate with suppliers for parts and spares.

You will maintain equipment uptime over 98% and purity over 95%, while building strong customer relationships and ensuring timely reporting to clients and management.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in a work-profile related field.
• 0-5 years hands-on experience in PSA & MGPS maintenance.
• End-to-end PSA & MGPS maintenance experience.
• Experience servicing industrial compressors and dryers.
• Knowledge of PLC programming for PSA.
• Zeolite replacement experience.
• Regular maintenance protocol of large PSA plants.

Responsibilities

• Attend calls within 24 hours of assignment or log.
• Troubleshoot PSA and MGPS systems during breakdowns.
• Request and stock required spares and consumables.
• Maintain stock of spares and consumables.
• Conduct regular maintenance of PSA and MGPS systems.
• Maintain customer relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure equipment uptime >98% with >95% purity.
• Submit reports to clients and management as required.
• Coordinate with support functions and maintain team morale.
• Lead day-to-day service department operations.

Job description

RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY

• Attend the call within 24 hours of call assignment or call logged


• Immediate Trouble shooting of PSA , MGPS system against Breakdown


• Request required spares and consumables


• Keep stock of required spares and consumables


• Complete Overall regular maintenance of PSA, MGPS system


• Technical experience in servicing PSA , MGPS system, Heavy duty compressors, Dryers, PLC programming, zeolite replacement.


• Maintain customer relationship


• Maintain customer satisfaction


• Maintain equipment uptime more than 98% with more than 95% purity


• Maintain service, maintenance documents


• Submit relevant reports to clients and higher management as & when required


• Maintain team building and coordinate with support functions, keep good relationships


• Keep enthusiasm for continuous learning


• Supervise day-to-day operations in the service department.


• Effectively manage, utilize and monitor the team


• Coordinate with support functions effectively, give & take support


• Create team spirit, team binding and ensure the team work to achieve the Goal

PREFERRED EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Diploma/ITI degree/ course related with work profile


• 0-5 years of hands on technical experience in the field of PSA & MGPS maintenance


• Experience in end to end maintenance of PSA & MGPS


• Experience in overall servicing of industrial compressors and Driers


• Knowledge in PLC programming for PSA


• Experience in Zeolite replacement


• Knowledge in regular maintenance protocol of big volume PSA plants
