Job summary

Empower India in Bengaluru is offering an entry-level role in retirement plan operations. You will handle asset mapping entry for wires, QA, and posting to funds, with focus on accuracy and compliance in a night shift. Bachelor’s degree required.

Prior exposure to 401(k)/403(b)/457 plans is a plus. Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills are essential. The role operates in a professional office setting with rotational night shifts (IST 9:00 PM–6:00 AM) and opportunities

This is an entry-level role that requires some basic knowledge of retirement plans and follows established procedures designed to minimize market risks and gain/loss situations. This role is responsible for asset mapping entry based on fund mapping strategies associated with wires received from prior record keepers. This role will also be responsible for QC and Posting of wires.

Duties/Responsibilities/Essential Functions

• Asset mapping entry of wires received that are less complex in nature
• Process and QA of wires received
• Process daily wires including pushing money to associated funds
• Coordinate plan-to-plan transfers
• Process residual wires
• Process refunds

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree
