Job Description

• Manage and maintain content within the Content Management System (CMS) , including creation, editing, publishing, and updates to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and refine content workflows and publishing schedules, supporting efficiency and timely delivery.
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools, recommending improvements to enhance engagement and user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CMS-related issues, coordinating with IT or vendors when needed.
• Provide training and support to staff and content contributors on CMS processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, UX, IT) to align CMS-driven content initiatives with organizational goals.
• Stay updated on CMS technologies, trends, and best practices, applying insights to improve system usage and content quality.
