Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sitecore Content Author to manage, update, and maintain content within enterprise Sitecore environments. You will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure accurate, engaging digital experiences across websites.

You will create and update content, build Sitecore pages with templates and components, and ensure adherence to content governance, accessibility, and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with Sitecore CMS platforms (Sitecore XP/XM/XM Cloud preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Sitecore content authoring, page creation, component configuration, and publishing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage content, pages, components, and media assets within Sitecore CMS environments.
• Build and maintain Sitecore pages using reusable components, templates, renderings, and content structures.
• Gain understanding of Sitecore information architecture, content hierarchy, workflows, and publishing processes.
• Ensure content consistency, usability, accessibility, and adherence to organizational standards.
• Provide effort estimates for content migration, updates, and maintenance activities for planning and scheduling purposes.
• Collaborate with QA teams to validate content accuracy, formatting, links, and functionality.
• Work with developers and administrators to troubleshoot and resolve Sitecore content issues, defects, and bugs.
• Support ongoing production maintenance activities including content publishing, archival, and updates.
• Review and validate work completed by team members to ensure quality, accuracy, and production readiness.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support website enhancements and digital experience initiatives.

As a Sitecore Content Author, you will be responsible for managing, updating, and maintaining content within enterprise-level Sitecore environments. Qualifications:

• Experience working with Sitecore CMS platforms (Sitecore XP/XM/XM Cloud preferred).

• Hands-on experience with Sitecore content authoring, page creation, component configuration, and publishing workflows.

• Understanding of Sitecore templates, renderings, placeholders, workflows, and content tree structure.

• Experience with Sitecore XM Cloud is a plus.

• Experience with content migration and governance practices is preferred.

• Experience with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence is a plus.

• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
