Job summary

Birlasoft seeks a capable IT support professional based in India (Dadri area) to handle US client calls, provide desktop support and oversee Windows server tasks. You will work in a fast‑moving IT operations environment, ensuring reliable incident handling and service uptime.

Key requirements include strong English communication, ITIL familiarity, basic Java scripting, AD administration, and hands‑on knowledge of Autosys scheduling (CA WLA / BMC Control‑M).

Qualifications

• Strong English verbal communication is required.
• Experience handling US customers over the phone.
• Desktop support experience is essential.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and incident management.
• Basic Java scripting knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with Windows Server L1/L2 operations.
• Knowledge of code promotion and DLL/Class migration is a plus.
• Experience with Autosys scheduling tools (CA WLA or BMC Control-M) is desirable.
• Awareness of IAAS cloud infrastructure concepts.
