24/7 Production support
Rotational shifts, each week the shift will be changed from Morning - Afternoon to Night Shifts.

• -Technical: Working knowledge on IIS and Windows Server, Windows based applications, .net Application
• -Nice to have - Exposure to ticketing tool (Service Now) and banking domain.
• -Good verbal and written communication to engage 3rd party and vendors
