Job summary

Birlasoft is hiring an ASPICE Consultant in India to guide ASPICE process implementations across multiple locations. The role involves planning ASPICE roadmaps up to level 3, refining SWE/SYS/SUP/MAN processes, and leading a small team. You will review AUTOSAR modules, train freshers, and manage project trackers while collaborating with suppliers.

Candidates should have 4–6 years of relevant experience in automotive software processes and a solid grasp of ISO26262 safety practices.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in ASPICE consulting or related roles.
• Experience in preparing ASPICE roadmaps up to level 3.
• Experience with AUTOSAR BSW models and automotive software.
• Knowledge of ISO26262 and functional safety processes.
• Experience leading a team and training freshers.

Responsibilities

• Guide the organization in preparing the ASPICE roadmap up to level 3.
• Plan, define and refine ASPICE processes across SWE, SYS, SUP, MAN areas.
• Perform QA activities for development and testing projects.
• Review C/C++ code for AUTOSAR modules.
• Train freshers on ASPICE processes and standards.
• Maintain project trackers and lead status calls.
• Coordinate with suppliers for process compliance.

Description

• Guiding the organization in preparing the ASPICE roadmap up to level 3
• Process planning, definition, and refinement for ASPICE process areas (SWE 1 - 6, SYS 1 - 5, SUP 1, 8, 9, 10, MAN 3 MAN 5)
• Performing the quality assurance activities for IAV-SAAR unit testing project.
• Experienced in AUTOSAR BSW Models
• Represented Verolt in supplier audit from IAV for all SYS and SW Processes.
• Experienced in reviewing the C,C++ code developed for AUTOSAR Modules.
• Training the freshers on ASPICE process areas
• Daily updating the project tracker leading the status call.

Functional Safety Experience

• Understanding of overall functional Safety Management ISO26262. (Safety plan, safety case)
• Leading a Team of 4 people.
• Attended Functional safety level -1 training from Omnex India
• Implementation of functional safety process for PART1, PART2, PART3, PART4, PART6
• Performed entire functional safety life cycle for EPAS system (item definition, Safety case, Functional safety life cycle, HARA, ASIL, Safety Goals, FSC Method based testing on ASIL level, confirmation Measures).
