Job summary

Molex in Bangalore is seeking a Software Quality Specialist to provide objective assurance that work products and processes meet customer expectations and internal provisions. You will support Automotive SPICE assessments and readiness activities and help shape quality strategy.

This role sits in the Connected Mobility Solutions Division, collaborating with an international team in India and Germany. You will organize ASPICE assessments, track KPIs, and coach the team on software quality matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in SW Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Intacs Provisional Assessor Automotive SPICE certification.
• 4–6 years of proven experience in SW- or System-Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to present information clearly and respond to questions.

Responsibilities

• Create a strategy to ensure that quality goals of a project are achieved.
• Perform independent assurance of the quality of the work products.
• Organize and conduct internal ASPICE assessment or in collaboration with the customer to ensure process quality.
• Collect relevant KPIs.
• Act on deviations and follow up on the corrective actions.
• Closely communicate with the customer and the project team.
• Coach the team in SW Quality related matters.

As a Software Quality Specialist, you will provide objective and independent assurance that work products and processes comply with the customer's expectations and internal provisions. Conduct quality reviews and process compliance checks. Support Automotive SPICE assessments and assessment readiness activities.

Our Team

You will work in an international team with team members in India and Germany. The team is closely collaborating with design centers globally. Due to new tasks and projects, the team is growing, and you will have the opportunity to bring in your expertise. In Bangalore GTC, you will be working for Connected Mobility Solutions Division

What You Will Do

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Excellent communication skills
• Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups
