Job summary

BSH Household Appliances Manufacturing Private Limited in Mumbai is hiring for an FP&A / Business Controlling role. You will partner with business leaders to drive budgeting, forecasting and performance management and influence strategic decisions in a fast-growing environment.

Ideal candidates hold a CA or MBA with 3–5 years in FP&A or related fields, possessing strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. This is an on-site, full-time opportunity with growth potential.

Qualifications

• CA or MBA from a Tier-1 university/institution.
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, Business Controlling, Commercial Finance, Audit, or related functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen with a result-oriented approach.
• Self-driven, proactive, and independent, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze P&L, financial metrics, variances, sales, and profitability to generate actionable business insights.
• Support AOP, budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and month-end closing.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, and performance commentary.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on financial decision-making.
• Drive reporting standardization, automation, and process improvements
