Job summary

Kataria Automobiles is seeking a dynamic Spare Parts Distribution Executive to promote and sell commercial vehicle spare parts. The role involves field visits, order collection, relationship management, and coordination with the spare parts team to ensure timely supply of parts.

The ideal candidate will be a Graduate or Diploma holder with strong communication and negotiation skills, willingness to travel, and basic MS Excel; a driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate or diploma holder (preferred).
• Experience in field marketing preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Valid driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit existing and potential customers to promote spare parts distribution.
• Generate and collect spare parts orders from customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Coordinate with the spare parts store and sales team for order processing and dispatch.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, deliveries, and payments.
• Maintain daily visit reports and Order Report activity records.
• Achieve monthly Visit targets and business objectives.
• Resolve customer queries related to spare parts availability and pricing.
• Conduct market surveys and gather competitor information.

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Spare Parts Distribution Executive to promote and sell commercial vehicle spare parts. The candidate will be responsible for both field and office-based activities, including customer visits, order collection, relationship management, and coordination with the spare parts team to ensure timely supply of parts.
