Job summary

Sidel in Pune, India is seeking a Spare Part Administrator to handle the quote-to-cash process for spare parts, prepare quotes, and manage orders in line with customer requirements.

Based in Pune, you will report to the Spare Parts Administration Manager and use Excel and SAP to coordinate pricing, availability, order processing, and on-time delivery, while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge in trade, supply, industrial retail, preferably spare parts and logistics.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Able to manage priorities and multiple customer requests.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer requests for spare parts.
• Prepare offers for spare parts.
• Manage customer inquiries on spare parts pricing, availability and order processing.
• Proceed customer orders for spare parts upon receipt of Purchase Order.
• Follow-up customer orders for delivery on-time and in-full and proactive backlog management.
• Follow up on non-conformity issues and work to provide resolution to customers.
• Leverage privileged customer interface position to maximize sales potential.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

You will execute the quote-to-cash process for Sidel Spare parts sales by preparing quotes, managing orders and other spare parts flow-related activities.This is an outstanding opportunity to perform in full compliance to client’s requirements, specifications, codes and standard of business requirement.You will be based in Pune, India and report directly to Spare Parts Administration Manager

YOUR MISSION

• Manage customer requests for spare parts

YOUR PROFILE

• Good knowledge in trade, supply, industrial retail, preferably spare parts and logistics
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Able to manage priorities and multiple customer requests
• Expertise in Excel, SAP4 Hana is a plus
• Certificate in Logistic is a plus
• Good communication skills, both written andverbal
