Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline; Spanish specialization preferred.
• 3 to 10 years in Back Office Operations, KPO, BPO or language support.
• Fluent/Expert level in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Willing to work fixed Night Shifts at Mohan Cooperative, New Delhi.

Responsibilities

• Manage back-office operations and admin workflows in Spanish and English.
• Coordinate staffing and operational requirements for international home healthcare and client support.
• Review, translate, and process bilingual documents with high accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure service delivery and query resolution.
• Maintain logs, generate reports, and ensure data integrity across databases and tools.

We are seeking an experienced Spanish Language Expert to join our Back Office Operations team in New Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational coordination, data processing, and back-office support for healthcare operations. The ideal candidate will possess native or professional-level proficiency in Spanish along with strong analytical and communication skills to manage operational workflows seamlessly.

Note: This role requires working strictly in Night Shifts at our office located in Mohan Cooperative, New Delhi. Transport/cab and food facilities are not provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage back-office operations, coordination, and administrative workflows in Spanish and English.
• Coordinate operational and staffing requirements for international home healthcare and client support services.
• Review, translate, and process bilingual documentation, records, and client communications with high accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with operational guidelines, domain regulations, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with global teams and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth service delivery and query resolution.
• Maintain logs, generate reports, and ensure data integrity across internal databases and operational management tools.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Specialization/Degree/Diploma in Spanish language preferred).
• Experience: 3 to 10 years of experience in Back Office Operations, KPO, BPO, or Language Support roles.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent/Expert level proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) and English.
• Shift Flexibility: Open to working in fixed Night Shifts.
