Job summary

Right Move in Pune is seeking a Spanish Language Expert with 1+ year of experience in Spanish language/customer service to join our blended process. The role is office-based (Kharadi) with 24×7 rotational shifts and requires a minimum B2 Spanish certification and strong English communication.

The candidate will handle international credit card service queries, communicate in Spanish and English, and ensure timely, accurate information while maintaining high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum B2 level Spanish certification is mandatory.
• 1+ year of experience in Spanish language/customer service is preferred.
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
