Role Descriptions

Spanish Collector

Manage and follow up on overdue accounts with Spanish-speaking clients, maintain excellent customer service during collections, and resolve payment discrepancies efficiently.

Spanish QA

Monitor and evaluate calls/interactions, ensure process compliance and quality standards, provide feedback sessions, and help improve overall team performance.

Spanish Team Leader (TL)

Lead and manage a team of Spanish‑speaking associates, drive team performance, handle client escalations, maintain KPIs, and motivate the team to achieve targets.

Qualifications
