• Verify works against drawings, BOQ, specifications, methodologies and ITPs.
• Detailed drawing study and identify discrepancies prior to execution.
• Raise RFIs wherever required.
• Surveillance inspections to monitor workmanship, sequence and compliance.
• Identify quality deviations and issue NCRs, observations and snag reports.
• Monitor contractor execution practices and ensure corrective actions.
• Review construction methodologies and sequences before work starts.
• Coordinate with client, contractor and internal QA/QC teams on quality matters.
• Assist Team Lead in preparation of weekly, fortnightly and monthly QA/QC reports.
• Maintain inspection records, checklists and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to approved quality procedures and project standards.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Civil QA/QC Engineer with extensive exposure to and high-rise residential construction preferably with aluminium shuttering technology. The candidate will be responsible for quality inspections, surveillance activities, NCR management, workmanship monitoring, and ensuring execution compliance with approved drawings, specifications, methodologies, and ITPs.

Key Responsibilities
