The role requires a BE/BTech in Civil Engineering, extensive QA/QC experience in construction, and hands-on expertise with Aluform and Mivan systems.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Civil Engineering is required.
• 46 years of QA/QC experience in construction or real estate.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise towers (40+ floors).
• Hands-on with Aluform and Mivan formworks and finishing works.
• Strong knowledge of quality inspections and IS codes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections of reinforcement, formwork, concreting, waterproofing and finishing activities.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, method statements, and IS codes.
• Monitor concrete quality, material testing, and site inspection procedures.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and test records.
• Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions with execution teams.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout structural and finishing works.

Responsible for ensuring quality compliance across civil and structural construction activities, with hands-on experience in high-rise tower projects, Aluform / Mivan formwork systems and finishing works.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections of reinforcement, formwork, concreting, waterproofing and finishing activities.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and relevant IS codes.
• Monitor concrete quality, material testing, and site inspection procedures.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and test records.
• Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions with execution teams.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout structural and finishing works.

Qualification & Experience:

• B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 46 years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction or real estate.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise tower projects of 40+ floors.
• Hands-on experience with Aluform and Mivan formwork systems.
• Good knowledge of finishing works, including plastering, tiling, waterproofing, and painting.
• Strong understanding of civil and structural quality inspections, concrete technology, and QA/QC procedures.
