Job summary

You will serve as the single point of contact for occupants, managing daily workspace needs and resolving issues to maintain top service levels.

The role requires 1–3 years in hospitality or coworking environments, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/ degree in Hotel Management, business or other related field.
• 1–3 years hospitality experience (hotel, aviation, coworking spaces).
• Adapt in fast-paced environment; meet changing client needs.
• Proficient in MS Office suite; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Establish direct relationship with employees working from the office.
• Single Point of Contact of employees for issues resolution & workspace changes.
• Respond and close all service tickets and feedback within defined SLA.
• Share observations regarding misalignment to office guidelines (amenities, etc.).
• Plan and execute employee engagement events per client expectations.
• Consolidate feedback to management for ongoing improvements.
• Report concerns or patterns to the assistant workspace experience manager.
