Job summary

Jobtailor in India invites a Lead to coach and develop a team of Tactical Sourcers, manage daily sourcing operations, and ensure efficient execution of requests.

Ideal candidates will build strong working relationships with procurement stakeholders and suppliers, drive standardization of processes, templates, and documentation in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of procurement or sourcing experience.
• 2–5 years of people management or team leadership experience.
• Experience managing high-volume sourcing activities and multiple concurrent requests.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Business fluency in English.
• Experience using procurement and e-sourcing tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
