Job summary

Jobtailor in Pune, India seeks an IT sourcing professional to lead end-to-end sourcing projects focused on cost reduction, supplier engagement, and strong stakeholder collaboration. You will analyze spend, negotiate, and drive savings while maintaining ethical practices across assignments.

Strong communication in English and IT category expertise are required, with a university degree or equivalent experience and relevant certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree (ideally in economics or Supply Management and/or Legal) or industry experience equivalent.
• Additional Sourcing/Procurement certification will be advantageous.
• Strong oral and written English.
• ITO and IT category experience preferred.

• Proactively foster effective collaboration and ensure strong communication with key client stakeholders and colleagues.
• Develop key client stakeholder matrix per category/location.
• Perform spend and contract analysis to identify sourcing and cost reduction opportunities.
• Lead and execute IT sourcing projects from end-to-end.
• Deliver allocated savings targets through effective management of sourcing initiatives.
• Ensure a high-level of ethics in supplier and/or client engagements.
