What would you do?

As a Sourcing Lead in the Knowledge Services team, you will be responsible for executing complex and strategic sourcing projects of categories/sub‑categories, translating business requirements into clear statements of Work, soliciting bids, and leading auctions. You will have relevant purchasing or supply‑chain experience with strong project‑management skills and knowledge of Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ERP/P2P systems. Additionally, you will identify and acquire goods and services needed by the organization, research suppliers, negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and evaluate the quality and cost‑effectiveness of products and services to ensure best value.

• Maintain functional sourcing support activities, ensuring adherence to client corporate standards and providing necessary input to enablement group
• Engage with internal and external partners to base decisions on broad scope of organization and achieve optimum daily execution
• Manage project allocation, support team members during kickoff meetings, and share best practices
• Monitor performance and satisfaction, ensuring SLAs are met and drive continuous improvement initiatives
