Allozymes is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to reconcile vendor invoices and support sourcing compliance. You will coordinate with Global Sourcing, Accounts Payable, and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication. You will operate in a global, multi-cultural environment and may need to time-shift to US hours as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and logical skills with decision-making ability.

• Some familiarity with Agilent laboratory and instrumentation.

• Assist in system and process improvements and address controls within scope.

Job Description

• Reconcile service provider invoices and identify potential issues impacting Agilent revenue and Sourcing Compliance.
• Serve as a liaison between Global Sourcing, Accounts Payable, Customer service organization and 3rd party Suppliers.
• Manage communications with low volume suppliers, agency letters, process information, etc.
• Identify payment issues and ensure timely payment processing. As directed, follow up with vendor invoice issues and Service Reports
• Keep management informed of progress, key issues and changes which may impact the business.
• Solves business controls/ process problems of limited scope and complexity
• Assists in system/process improvement activities.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or master’s Degree or equivalent.
• At least 2+ years' relevant work experience
• Knowledge of MS Excel
• Excellent in analytical, logical skills - Ability to make analytical decisions.
• Excellent English verbal/written communication skills.
• Some general/basic familiarity with the Agilent laboratory and instrumentation
• Understanding and anticipating customer needs and behaviors

This job has a full time weekly schedule.
