Job summary

Randstad Enterprise is seeking a Sourcing Specialist for US Recruitment in the Semiconductor domain, based in Hyderabad. You will source candidates from major boards and platforms, screen applicants, and educate them on opportunities in the US NAM region.

You will update the ATS in real time, coordinate with consultants, negotiate with candidates, and strive to meet monthly and weekly hiring targets. Strong communication and 2–4 years of recruiting experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• US NAM recruiting experience preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• 2-4 years recruiting experience.
• Strong work ethic and commitment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source candidates from job boards, Gr8 People, Indeed, LinkedIn and other sites.
• Meet monthly hire goals.
• Screen prospective candidates and educate them on job opportunities; submit qualified candidates to requirements.
• Update and track candidates in ATS in real time.
• Contact qualified candidates via phone, email or web for assigned job orders.
• Work all assigned job orders until covered; attend daily/weekly req. meetings; establish relationships with consultants.
• Negotiate with candidates and solicit referrals of top talent.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly hiring targets; conduct textRecruit/email campaigns.

Responsibilities :

• Identify and source the candidates from job boards/Gr8 People/Indeed/LinkedIn and other sites. -
• Meet the monthly hire goals.
• Screen prospective candidates and educate candidates on potential job opportunities. - Submit qualified candidates to assigned job requirements.
• Update and track candidates in ATS in accordance with standards in real time. - Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond via phone, email or web to all assigned job orders.
• Work all assigned job orders until covered. - Attend daily/weekly req. meeting. - Establish relationships with consultants.
• Negotiate with candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly expectations. - Conduct Text recruit/ email campaigns

Preferred Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred. -
• Sourcing experience in the US (NAM) region preferred. Domain : Semiconductor.
