Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and business-oriented Sourcing Specialist with strong expertise in BFSI / Fintech recruitment. The role involves sourcing and screening profiles, managing multiple requisitions, building strong candidate pipelines, and delivering quality talent within defined timelines.

What will you work on?

• Source and screen qualified candidates across BFSI / Fintech roles.
• Understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of relevant candidates.
• Use LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels to identify talent.
• Manage multiple requisitions and ensure timely submission of quality profiles.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Meet defined sourcing targets, timelines, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in sourcing and screening profiles.
• Experience in BFSI / Fintech recruitment preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, social media, job portals, and sourcing tools.
• Ability to independently manage multiple requisitions.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and deadline-oriented.Strong customer focus and professional stakeholder management.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in Fintech, Payments, Payment Gateways, Payment Aggregators, Acquiring Businesses, Neobanks, Cross-Border Payments, or Digital banking will be highly valued and can bring immediate impact to the role.
