Job summary

Integrated Personnel Services in Pune is seeking a Sourcing & Procurement professional with 1–8 years of experience to handle end-to-end procurement for direct and indirect materials. The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and ERP familiarity (SAP/Oracle), with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

The candidate will oversee supplier selection, RFQs, purchase orders, and follow-up to ensure value and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing and procurement is required.
• End-to-end sourcing and purchasing process management including supplier evaluation.
• Negotiation of terms, prices and delivery schedules.
• Spot buy experience with RFQs and quotations.
• Hands-on ERP experience with SAP and Oracle.
• Experience with direct and indirect materials procurement.
