Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Pune seeks a Sourcing & Procurement Support specialist (1–6 years) to assist sourcing teams with data gathering, market research and all sourcing activities, including supplier evaluation and contract admin tasks.

You will support procurement category managers in sourcing execution and P2P, manage vendor master data, onboarding, and drive process improvements. On-site at Hinjewadi Phase 3, Pune, with strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of procurement operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP and SAP Ariba preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supplier onboarding and vendor master data management.
• Support procurement operations and P2P activities.

Job Description: Sourcing & Procurement Support Role

A Sourcing and Procurement Support typically with 1-6years of relevant experience and assists sourcing and procurement teams by gathering data, market research as needed, and supporting all sourcing and contracting activities including assisting the procurement category managers in sourcing execution, template creation, Sourcing pipeline Management, Supplier evaluation, contract admin tasks and P2P support

Key Responsibilities

1. Supplier Enablement Specialist/Procurement P2P Specialist/Catalog Management Specialist

• 1+ year in Supplier Onboarding, Vendor Master Data, Supplier Enablement, or Procurement Operations.
• Strong SAP knowledge with hands-on experience in Vendor Master Management.
• Resolve invoice matching and procurement-related exceptions.
• Collaborate with suppliers, business users, sourcing, and AP teams.
• Manage operational queues and ensure SLA adherence.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
