Job summary

Integrated Personnel Services is seeking a Sourcing and Procurement Analyst in Bengaluru. The role focuses on liaison with clients to meet delivery needs, understanding business requirements across stakeholders, and ensuring governance and compliance throughout programs.

The analyst will support procurement processes, reporting, and continuous improvements. The candidate should have strong communication skills, experience with suppliers domestically and internationally, and familiarity with ERP

Qualifications

• 15 years of regular, full-time education as stated in the posting.
• Experience in sourcing/procurement with exposure to client environments.
• Experience managing domestic and international suppliers/customers.
• English language skills with clear spoken and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Liaison with client to meet delivery requirements.
• Collaborate with multiple Client Stakeholders to understand business requirements and forecasting models.
• Support teams in aligning with clients' specific terminologies.
• Ensure robust governance, controls and compliance across programs.
• Oversee overall program management and issue resolution.
• Demonstrate people management experience where applicable.
• Provide reports and analysis to show improvements achieved.
• Assist category teams with admin tasks like spend consolidation and PO reviews.
• Deliver periodic status reports and highlight issues to customers.
• Manage multiple stakeholders' priorities and drive schedules and accountability.

• Excellent Understanding of Sourcing / Procurement
• Exposure to Managerial Role in Sourcing / Procurement process
• Experience of managing domestic and international suppliers/customers.

• Experience in managing retail or in Transportation & Logistics industry

• Support category teams with administrative tasks such as spend consolidations (rework some data), review purchase orders, etc.
• Provide periodic status reports, issues/challenges with respect to projects to customers.
