Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a full-time sourcer to identify highly specialised professionals for AI training and evaluation projects. You will focus on research, searching and outreach across domains such as finance, accounting, software engineering, insurance, consulting and other specialist fields.

You will use LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Boolean search and Google X-Ray to build strong candidate pipelines, translating project requirements into practical sourcing strategies and search criteria.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sourcing, recruiting, executive search or talent research.
• Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or Sales Navigator.
• Excellent Boolean and Google X-Ray search skills.
• Able to find difficult profiles beyond obvious keywords and titles.
• Excellent online research and attention to detail.
• Clear written English and outreach communication.
• Capable of meeting ambitious sourcing targets while maintaining quality.
• Resourceful, persistent and able to work independently across roles.
• Experience sourcing globally or specialised professionals is a plus.

• We are seeking a full-time sourcer to identify highly specialised professionals for AI training and evaluation projects.
• Your primary responsibility will be sourcing: finding difficult profiles quickly and accurately across domains such as finance, accounting, software engineering, insurance, consulting and other specialist fields.
• You will use LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Boolean search, Google X-Ray and other research methods to build strong candidate pipelines.
• This is a sourcing-first role. Most of your time will go into research, searching and outreach.

• Review profiles carefully for domain expertise, seniority, geography and project relevance before moving them forward.
• Build and maintain high-quality candidate lists across multiple active projects.
• Reach out to prospective candidates through LinkedIn, email and other relevant channels.
• Write clear, concise and personalised outreach that generates responses.
• Track which searches, markets and profiles produce the strongest candidates and continuously improve your approach.
• Work closely with project teams to understand which experts are performing well and refine sourcing accordingly.

Example of your work

You would identify the most relevant job titles and companies, build Boolean and Sales Navigator searches, use Google X-Ray to widen the pool, review profiles manually to separate real experience from surface-level claims, prioritise the strongest candidates and run targeted outreach until the pipeline is filled.

• Previous experience in sourcing, recruiting, executive search, talent research, lead generation or another research-heavy role.
• Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong Boolean and Google X-Ray search skills.
• Ability to find difficult profiles beyond obvious keywords and job titles.
• Strong online research instincts and attention to detail.
• Clear written English and strong outreach communication.
• Comfortable working toward ambitious sourcing targets while maintaining candidate quality.
• Resourceful and persistent when initial searches do not produce strong results.
• Able to work independently across multiple roles or domains at the same time.
• Experience sourcing globally or finding highly specialised professionals is a strong plus.
