Job summary

Nextpower is seeking a Sourcing Analyst in Hyderabad to support the Director in preparing RFQs for steel parts and for India suppliers, while analyzing offers and cost/capacity models. The role requires strong analytical skills and Excel/PowerPoint proficiency.

The ideal candidate will review quotations, develop supplier scorecards, and support supplier development and qualification, with experience in an international environment and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Solid structuring and analytical skills to track multiple projects and vendors in an international and multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel and PowerPoint. Strong data analysis skills required.
• Experience with VBA and PowerBI preferred.
• Advanced communication skills (written and verbal).
• Fluent oral and written communications in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify patterns in cost analysis to drive sourcing strategy.
• Prepare and manage Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
• Analyze steel markets and perform supplier screening and qualification.
• Review and analyze quotations.
• Develop and maintain suppliers’ scorecards.
• Support new supplier development and qualification.
• Support process optimization in the Supply Chain department.

The Sourcing Analyst in Nextpower office Hyderabad. The analyst will support the Director in preparing requests for proposal for all steel parts in Nextpower product and India suppliers as well as analyzing offers and cost/capacity models.
