Job summary

Nextpower invites applications for a Sourcing Analyst in Hyderabad to support the Director in preparing RFQs for steel parts and in analyzing offers and cost/capacity models.

You will identify cost patterns, screen suppliers, develop scorecards, and help optimize the supply chain in an international environment. A technical/business background with 5–10 years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Solid structuring and analytical skills to track multiple projects and vendors in an international environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; in particular Excel and PowerPoint. Strong data analysis skills required.
• Experience with VBA and PowerBI preferred.
• Advanced communication skills (written and verbal).
• Fluent oral and written communications in English.
• Results orientation and ability to think out of the box to drive results.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and respond quickly and flexibly.

Responsibilities

• Identify patterns in cost analysis to drive sourcing strategy.
• Prepare and manage Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
• Analyze steel markets and perform supplier screening and qualification.
• Review and analyze quotations.
• Develop and maintain suppliers’ scorecards.
