Job summary

Nextpower Hyderabad seeks a Sourcing Analyst to support the Director in RFQ processes and cost/capacity modeling for steel parts and India suppliers. You will analyze quotations, evaluate suppliers, and help build supplier scorecards to optimize the supply chain.

The role requires strong analytical skills, Excel/VBA experience, and excellent English communication in a multicultural, international environment. An engineering or business background with 5–10 years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Solid structuring and analytical skills to track multiple projects in an international environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel and PowerPoint emphasized.
• Strong data analysis skills are required.
• Experience with VBA and PowerBI preferred.
• Advanced communication skills (written and verbal).
• Fluent oral and written communications in English.
• Results oriented with ability to think out of the box to drive results.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and respond quickly and flexibly.
• Autonomous in a diverse team setting.

The Sourcing Analyst in Nextpower office Hyderabad

The analyst will support the Director in preparing requests for proposal for all steel parts in Nextpower product and India suppliers as well as analyzing offers and cost/capacity models.
