Job summary

Nextpower in Hyderabad, India, seeks a Senior Business Analyst for Procurement to drive ERP transformation, data analytics, and business intelligence. You will lead end-to-end ERP procurement modules, optimize processes, and enable data-driven decisions across supply chain.

Responsibilities include data migration, UAT, go-live support, and dashboard development with Power BI. Strong communication with Procurement and Finance is essential for aligning ERP with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a System Analyst or ERP Functional Consultant in the supply chain domain.
• Advanced Power BI skills: Data Modeling, Power Query, dashboards, and ERP data integration.
• Strong knowledge of procurement and finance processes.
• Willingness to work in US time zone.

Job Description The Senior Business Analyst, Procurement will be based in Hyderabad, India. This position will be reporting for Senior Manager, Procurement and will be responsible for leading procurement transformation, ERP implementation, system integration, purchasing process optimization, supplier enablement, and business intelligence solutions using Power BI. This role bridges business and IT by translating operational needs into scalable ERP-enabled solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making across the supply chain. Here Is a Glimpse Of What You Will Do

• ERP Functional Implementation & Support
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of ERP Supply Chain modules (e.g., Procurement and Planning Management).
• Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to analyze, document, and optimize business processes.
• Configure ERP modules according to functional requirements — including master data setup, process flows, and approval hierarchies.
• Manage data migration, testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of ERP functionalities post-implementation.
• Business Process Analysis & Optimization
• Conduct detailed gap analysis between business processes and ERP capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve accuracy in procurement.
• Prepare functional design documents and collaborate with technical teams for integration needs.
• Support development of dashboards and KPIs to monitor supply chain performance.
• Develop advanced Power BI dashboards using DAX, Power Query, and data modeling to provide executive insights into procurement, inventory, supplier performance, and spend analytics.
• Work closely with Procurement and Finance to align ERP solutions with business goals.
• Facilitate user training, workshops, and documentation.
• Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams for requirements, testing, and change requests.
• Support ERP upgrades and rollout projects across multiple plants or business units

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Min 10+ years of experience as a System Analyst or ERP Functional Consultant in the supply chain domain.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, system configuration, and functional documentation.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power BI including Power Query, data modeling, dashboard development, and ERP data integration.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes including Procurement and Finance.
• Flexible to work in US time zone.
