BRND.ME is seeking a procurement professional to identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for high-quality, cost-effective products. You will build supplier relationships, negotiate favorable terms, and drive initiatives to improve product quality and innovation.

The role requires to collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain strong supplier governance to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers through market research.
• Assess suppliers on quality, reliability, cost, and ethics.
• Negotiate terms including pricing, payment, and delivery schedules.
• Draft and finalize supplier contracts ensuring policy compliance.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with suppliers to enhance innovation, cost efficiencies, and product quality.
• Work with QA to establish and maintain product quality standards.
• Monitor quality issues and implement corrective actions with suppliers.
• Analyze cost structures to identify savings while maintaining quality.
• Drive cost optimization strategies to improve margins.
• Stay informed on market trends and benchmark against competitors.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, and Logistics for seamless launches and availability.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks due to disruptions or geopolitical issues.
• Use data analytics to track supplier performance and KPIs.

Job Overview:

You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers to ensure the availability of

Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Identification and Evaluation:

• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers.

• Negotiate favorable terms, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Draft and finalize contracts with selected suppliers to ensure compliance with

company policies and standards.

Supplier Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Collaborate with suppliers to drive continuous improvement, innovation, and cost

efficiencies.

Quality Assurance:

• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to establish and maintain product

quality standards.

• Monitor and address quality issues, working with suppliers to implement corrective

actions.

Cost Management:

• Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost savings without

compromising quality.

• Implement strategies to optimize costs and improve overall product margins.

Market Trends and Benchmarking:

• Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor

activities.

• Conduct benchmarking exercises to ensure the organization remains competitive in

terms of product offerings and pricing.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Marketing, and

Logistics, to ensure seamless product launches and availability.

Risk Management:

• Identify and mitigate potential risks related to supply chain disruptions, geopolitical

issues, and other factors that may impact the sourcing process.

Data Analysis:

• Utilize data analytics to assess supplier performance, track key performance
