The company is looking for a Branch Service Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day branch operations, provide exceptional customer service, and coordinate service activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and control offerings inside the branch to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Ensure timely handling of service requests, maintaining an uninterrupted customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal businesses, external carrier agencies, and contractors to deliver seamless cooperation.
• Track and maintain carrier performance metrics, ensuring issuer excellence.
• Contribute to provider development initiatives to optimize customer satisfaction.
• Handle service requests, manage repair schedules, maintain inventory, and liaise with service technicians.
• Perform administrative tasks with strong communication, organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for handling analysis and provider monitoring.
• Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) and experience dealing with them.
• Strong organizational talents to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with customers and business enterprise personnel.
• Experience with turnaround time (TAT) for issuer requests is a plus.
• Background in after‑earnings issuer and profits is highly favored.

Qualifications

• B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Fresher candidates who have finished their degree are welcome.
• Availability to work five days each week, Monday through Friday.
• Office hours: 9:00AM to 5:30PM.
• Position available in Patna and Guwahati (2 positions).
• The role is third‑party payroll; the selected candidate will work immediately with Sony India Pvt. Ltd.
