Job summary

i-TEK RFID is seeking a Solution Architect to lead technical deployments of Garuda Vigil and Skanixa. You will define deployment architectures, size infrastructure, and ensure security and high availability for enterprise customers.

You will bridge Product Engineering, Delivery, and Customer Technology teams, engaging with CIOs and security teams, shaping reference architectures, and driving best practices in cloud adoption and modernization.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of experience in Solution Architecture and related fields.
• Experience with enterprise customers and complex deployment environments.

About the Role

The Solution Architect will serve as the technical deployment authority for i-TEK's products and platforms. The role is responsible for defining and governing deployment architectures, infrastructure sizing, security considerations, and operational readiness for customer implementations. The Solution Architect will act as the bridge between Product Engineering, Delivery, Customer Technology Teams, Infrastructure Teams, Security Teams, and Partner Ecosystems. The successful candidate will possess deep expertise across enterprise application deployments, cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and high-availability architectures. The individual will be the technical face of i-TEK during customer engagements and must be capable of confidently engaging with customer CIOs, CTOs, Enterprise Architects, Security Teams, and Infrastructure Teams.

Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Deployment Strategy

• Define deployment architectures for Garuda Vigil and Skanixa implementations.
• Customer-managed environments
• Ensure deployment architectures align with customer business and technical requirements.
• Develop deployment blueprints and reference architectures.
• Understand and design infrastructure requirements including compute, storage, networking, database environments, and container platforms.
• Define infrastructure sizing methodologies.
• Ensure optimal scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.

High Availability & Reliability

• Architect solutions supporting High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Backup & Recovery, and Fault Tolerance.
• Define availability and resilience requirements.
• Ensure enterprise-grade operational readiness.

Security Architecture

• Work with customer security teams on Firewalls, Network Segmentation, Identity & Access Management, Encryption, Security Hardening, and Compliance Requirements.

Network & Infrastructure Design

• Design architectures involving Load Balancers, Reverse Proxies, Firewalls, VPN Connectivity, Edge Connectivity, and Cloud Networking.
• Validate infrastructure readiness prior to deployment.
• Maintain deep understanding of cloud offerings across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Evaluate emerging services and technologies from hyperscalers.
• Drive best practices around cloud adoption and modernization.

Customer Engagement & Technical Leadership

• Serve as the primary technical advisor during customer engagements.
• Present deployment recommendations to customer stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales and strategic customer pursuits.
• Build strong relationships with customer technology leadership teams.
• Track emerging technology trends.
• Recommend deployment innovations and automation opportunities.
• Drive standardization and simplification of deployment models.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of deployment frameworks.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Infrastructure Architecture, Cloud Architecture, and Enterprise Platform Deployments.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and complex deployment environments.
• Experience supporting large-scale technology implementations.
