Role Overview

We are seeking a Solutions Architect cum Pre‑Sales Engineer with strong experience in Computer Vision–based analytics and AI infrastructure solutions. This role plays a critical part in shaping customer solutions, winning deals, and enabling successful deployments across Smart Cities, ITMS, Surveillance, and Security domains.

You will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams, engage directly with customers and government stakeholders, and influence both technical architecture and commercial success.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to own solutions end‑to‑end and to grow into senior technical leadership or business‑facing architecture roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre‑Sales & Solution Design
  • Engage with customers to understand business needs, RFPs, and operational requirements
  • Design end‑to‑end Computer Vision & AI solutions, including:
    • Camera and sensor selection
    • Edge vs centralized processing architecture
    • AI inference pipelines and analytics workflows
    • Compute, storage, and network sizing
  • Prepare technical proposals, BoQs, architecture diagrams, and compliance matrices
  • Support sales during technical discussions, presentations, demos, PoCs, and bid defenses
  • Participate in customer workshops and solution walkthroughs
• Architecture & Technology
  • Architect solutions for:
    • ITMS (ANPR, speed violation, red‑light violation, traffic analytics)
    • Video surveillance & security analytics
    • Crowd, retail, and behavior analytics
    • AI Infrastructure (Edge AI, GPU servers, centralized / distributed systems)
  • Recommend optimal:
    • CCTV & ANPR cameras, PTZ, IR and auxiliary sensors
    • Edge AI devices and GPU servers
    • Storage architectures (local, NAS, object storage)
    • Integration with VMS and third‑party systems
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure feasibility, scalability, and delivery readiness
  • Support cost optimization, risk assessment, and deployment planning
• Cross‑Team & Delivery Alignment
  • Act as the technical SPOC between sales, product, and delivery teams
  • Ensure smooth handover from pre‑sales to delivery with clear technical documentation
  • Support cost optimization, risk assessment, and deployment planning

Required Skills & Experience

Must‑Have

• 3–7 years of experience in Solutions Architecture / Pre‑Sales roles
• Strong hands‑on experience in Computer Vision and Video Analytics
• Proven exposure to Smart City, ITMS, or Surveillance projects
• Solid understanding of: CCTV ecosystems and camera technologies; Edge AI vs centralized analytics architectures; AI model deployment and inference workflows
• Experience responding to RFPs / tenders (government or enterprise)
• Ability to create solution documents, BoQs, and architecture presentations
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer‑facing skills

Good to Have

• Experience with GPU servers, NVIDIA stack, OpenVINO, TensorRT
• Knowledge of VMS, ONVIF, RTSP, networking fundamentals
• Exposure to cloud or hybrid architectures
• Experience working with government bodies or large enterprises
• Ability to independently conduct technical demos and PoCs
