Job summary

BAY6.AI is seeking a Jr./Sr. Solution Architect with Dynamics 365 CRM expertise to join our product engineering team in Hyderabad. You will lead solution architecture, guide technical direction, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

The role focuses on design, customization, integration, and governance of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform, with opportunities to mentor teams and influence long-term platform evolution.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
• Experience in Dynamics 365 solution design, customization, development and integration
• Proficiency in C# / .NET
• Experience with CRM Plugins & SDK
• Hands-on with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) and Dataverse
• Ability to integrate with external systems via APIs
• Knowledge of CRM workflows, business processes and Flows
• Familiarity with source control and CI/CD
• Troubleshooting, debugging and performance optimization
• Designing scalable and maintainable CRM solutions
• Technical decision-making and solution governance
• Mentoring development teams and reviewing technical solutions
• Collaboration with business stakeholders
• Architectural design and governance of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions
• Review and guide technical designs and development solutions

Are you an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM professional with strong solution architecture and technical leadership experience?

We are looking for a Jr./Sr. Solution Architect to join our product engineering team and work on a mission-driven Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM product developed for our US-based University.

Position Jr./Sr. Solution Architect – Dynamics 365 CRM Experience: 10+ Years

Work Mode: Work From Office – 5 days a week

Working Hours: Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Notice Period: Immediate to 45 days preferred
