Job summary

You will define AI governance, orchestration, and testing strategies, partner with stakeholders, and ensure platform observability and secure operations across the solution.

Job description

Hiring: ServiceNow AI / GenAI Solutions Architect

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow AI / GenAI Architect to lead the design and implementation of next-generation ServiceNow solutions powered by Now Assist, Agentic AI, Virtual Agent, and Generative AI.

• Lead end-to-end architecture, solution design, and implementation of ServiceNow modules with Now Assist (GenAI) embedded into the solution architecture.
• Design and implement Agentic AI workflows enabling autonomous agents to execute multi-step tasks and orchestrate actions using Agent Fabric, Workflow Data Fabric, Service Graphs, and APIs.
• Establish AI governance and risk-mitigation frameworks, including Human-in-the-Loop (HITL), fallback mechanisms, guardrails, rate limiting, and security controls.
• Define and execute comprehensive functional, non-functional, regression, and AI-quality testing strategies using Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Establish platform observability and monitoring, including latency, transaction logs, Now Assist performance, agent success rates, and instance health.
• Partner with Product Owners, QA, and business stakeholders during UAT to validate functional accuracy, performance, intent recognition, and AI task-completion effectiveness.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, conduct solution/code reviews, troubleshoot Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Flow Designer, and platform workflows.
• Monitor Now Assist analytics, AI adoption, and deflection metrics and continuously optimize AI capabilities in line with ServiceNow's evolving AI roadmap.

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow architecture, development, and solution design experience
• Production experience with Now Assist / Generative AI / Virtual Agent / NLU-NLP
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI, autonomous task execution, tool/API orchestration, prompt engineering, and AI guardrails
• Hands-on expertise in Flow Designer, Workflow Data Fabric, Integration Hub, Process Automation Designer (PAD), UI Builder, Workspaces
• Strong experience with REST / GraphQL APIs and ServiceNow integrations
• Experience with ATF, testing strategy, platform performance, monitoring, and observability
• Strong understanding of CSDM, Knowledge Management, RAG, data quality, security, and compliance
