Job summary

WillWare Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer in India to design, build, and customize ServiceNow applications with a focus on ITSM, workflows, and AI-powered solutions.

You will work on Now Assist, Generative AI capabilities, and integrations using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs, while ensuring platform governance and high code quality. Excellent communication is required.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, workflows, and UI policies.
• Experience with Now Assist and Generative AI features.
• Proven ability to design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow apps.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, and APIs.
• Knowledge of CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Virtual Agent.
• Familiarity with Prompt Studio and AI Search.
• Understanding of SSO, OAuth, and SAML; strong communication.

• Work with Prompt Studio, AI Search, and AI-powered workflows.
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and APIs.
• Support ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Virtual Agent modules.
• Perform troubleshooting, testing, code reviews, upgrades, and release activities.
• Follow ServiceNow development standards, security, and governance best practices.
