Job summary

Procurement Partners is seeking a Solution Architect to translate product and business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions in Noida, India. You will own the technical architecture for major product capabilities, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, DevOps, Security, and Data teams throughout implementation.

The role demands 12+ years in software engineering, 5+ years in architecture, and strong hands-on experience with APIs, AWS, and enterprise

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in solution/application architecture.
• Strong hands-on software engineering background.
• Experience designing enterprise SaaS and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, service architecture, databases, messaging, integrations, security, and AWS.
• Experience with enterprise AI integration is preferred.
• Healthcare, procurement, or supply-chain experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs.
• Define application components, service boundaries, APIs, events, data models, and integration patterns.
• Produce architecture, component, sequence, and data-flow designs for major initiatives.
• Design scalable solutions using AWS, APIs, microservices/modular architectures, messaging, and event-driven patterns.
• Define authentication, authorization, caching, failure handling, resiliency, observability, and performance requirements.
• Design integrations between Procurement Partners products, shared services, and external systems.
• Define migration and backward-compatibility approaches for existing applications and customer workflows.
• Participate in the Architecture Review Board (ARB), presenting solution designs and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Partner closely with Engineering Leads and developers during implementation.
• Review critical technical designs and resolve architectural issues during development.
• Support production readiness, scalability, and performance reviews.
• Mentor engineers and promote strong software design and engineering practices.
• Design AI-enabled solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI APIs, and related technologies where appropriate.
• Maintain strong hands-on technical involvement through code and design reviews, technical prototyping, and implementation-level guidance to engineering teams

About the Role

The Solution Architect translates product and business requirements into scalable, secure, and implementable technical solutions.

Working closely with Product, Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, DevOps, Security, and Data teams, this role owns the technical architecture for major product capabilities and initiatives and stays engaged with engineering teams through implementation.

What You'll Bring

• Ability to turn ambiguous business requirements into implementable technical designs.
• Strong communication skills with Product, Engineering, and technical leadership.
• Experience with enterprise AI integration is preferred.
• Healthcare, procurement, or supply-chain experience is a plus.

Our technology landscape includes .NET / ASP.NET Core, PHP, React, Node.js, SQL Server, MySQL/Aurora, and AWS. Our platform also uses REST APIs, event-driven and messaging patterns, EDI/SFTP-based integrations, and modern DevOps and observability tooling.

The Solution Architect is not expected to be an expert in every technology but should have the technical breadth and depth to provide architectural direction across a heterogeneous enterprise technology landscape.

Our emerging AI landscape includes Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, AI APIs, and intelligent/agentic workflows. Experience evaluating and architecting with enterprise AI platforms and services is preferred; expertise in a specific AI vendor or platform is not required.
